The Economics of Migration, a new TUC report which argues that migrant workers are not responsible for unemployment or low pay and are not a drain on the welfare state. The policy response to migration should be to provide extra training for low-skilled workers and to enforce employment standards, such as the minimum wage. This report is also available on the TUC website, at http://www.tuc.org.uk/economy/tuc-13418-f0.cfm
